SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

1) How long will my order take for delivery?

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 2-3 Days*

Tier 2 Cities: 3-4 Days*

Rest of India: 4-6 Days*

Express Delivery: 48-72 Hours* (Wherever Applicable - No guarantee)

 

2) How do I Track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

 

3) At what time of the day will my order be delivered?

Once your package is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep your phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

OTP can only be sent on an Active Indian mobile number for

 

4) What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. 

Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additonal shipping cost of ₹100 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to & fro' shipping charges of ₹200.

 

5) Which Logistics/Courier service do you ship through?

We have tied up with Delhivery Pvt. Ltd, for shipping within India.

 

6) Why I have to pay shipping, when I am using a coupon code?

We do free shipping for orders with a minimum order value of Rs 599/- When a coupon code is applied, and if the value of the product goes below Rs 599, the product automatically becomes ineligible for free shipping, hence you have to pay for the shipping in such cases.

The other alternative is to increase your cart value to above Rs 599 even though the code is applied and then you can again avail free shipping. 

 

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

We offer all payment options as listed here: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and COD. In case you need any help with any of the payment options, please do contact us on WhatsApp.

 

1) What are your online modes of payment?

You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.

 

2) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of 100.

 

3) What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at connect@splendella.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.

We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).

4) Are there any other hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Did not like the products you shopped from us? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

We value your money and we will not like you to spend your money in buying a product which you will never use. We offer a very simple and easy return policy to you. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product's value will be shared for your future purchases.

 

1) Is my product covered under return policy?

All Products bought from our website are covered under our Return Policy and are returnable.

You just need to email us within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

 

2) How to return the products?

We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on connect@splendella.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return.

Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.

 

3) What should I do after sending you the email?

Please wait for a reply from our team within 48 hours after sending your email. We will share the further steps with you on the email itself.

 

4) In case of return, who will do the shipping of the products?

In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its proper condition.

Only in special/specific cases a pickup is arranged for the products with an additional upfront charge of ₹100/-. This cost depends on many factors and will be confirmed on email of your return request.

 

5) How will I get my refund?

We give refunds only in the form of Coupon Credit. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned.

We deduct ₹125/- shipping charges for all Cash on Delivery orders as we bear Cash handling charges for the same.

Prepaid Returns within India - Orders where a customer returns 1 product out of 2 or multiple products, no amount is deducted while giving refunds as we assume such an order as a partially successful order. 

You will be receiving your refund-coupon-code (RCC) within 48 hours of return received at our warehouse.
